Gauge Indirect Pressure Measurement
Indirect braod range vacuum gauges are the best choice when the pressure needs to be measured over a wide range and when good accuracy is needed across the whole range. Reliable vacuum gauges are essential to ensure your system’s accuracy and control. Our vacuum gauging solutions include the WRG Series Cold Cathode Combination Gauge, AIM Series Cold Cathode Gauge, and APG Series Pirani Gauge.
IG40 Hot Cathode Gauge
Using hot cathode ionization technology, both the Bayard-Alpert and Extractor gauges have highly accurate individually calibrated sensing systems and exchangeable cathodes. The Bayard-Alpert sensing system has a measurement range from 10-2 to 2 x 10-11 mbar (1.5 x 10-11 Torr) with it’s protection shield welded in place. The Extractor sensing system has a measurement range from 10-4 to 2 x 10-12 mbar (1.5 x 10-12 Torr), alongside a significant reduction of X-ray and ion desorption effects.
